During the 100 years that JCCs have been meeting the needs of the community, millions of meals and snacks have been served to pre-schoolers, campers and seniors and everyone in between. Many have been made and shared by JCC participants like you, with the same love and care you lavish on your own meals.
Whenever you’re preparing for Shabbat, or the holidays, or perhaps remembering what you ate for holidays past, or just last week for that matter, we want you to share your family’s best recipes…from those that came from your bubbe, to those you discovered for your children. Let all of your JCC friends know how they can make their own families happy with the food you have loved over the years.
Note: One of the JCCs greatest strengths is the diversity of the people who love and use them. Recipes collected here come from JCC folks belonging to all walks of Jewish life, as well as to other faith traditions. We welcome this and acknowledge some of the recipes you find here might not adhere to Jewish dietary restrictions.
